Maison Bord de Mer Tout Confort

Welcome to this pleasant 120 m² single-storey holiday home, ideal for families and stays with friends. It can accommodate up to 10 people + 2 babies, on an enclosed plot of 400 m² without vis-à-vis. The house will be air-conditioned from 2027 for even more comfort.

Enjoy two complementary outdoor spaces: a large south-west facing terrace with awning, dining table, sunbeds and barbecue for your convivial moments, as well as a shaded wooden terrace with coffee table and outdoor armchairs for your relaxation breaks and aperitifs.

The house offers two independent sleeping areas:
• A first space with 2 bedrooms equipped with 160 cm beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
• A second space with a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a family room with 4 90 cm beds (2 bunk beds), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with sofas, large screen TV and unlimited fiber WIFI.

For a stay in complete serenity: beds made on arrival, household linen and towels provided, complete baby pack (2 cots, high chair, bath, stroller, bottle warmer), 10 adult and children's bikes with child seats, as well as a reinforced 16A electric vehicle charging socket.
Private enclosed parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. End-of-stay cleaning package available on request. Pets allowed under conditions (contact us).
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison

Nous avons apprécié cette grande maison très bien équipée, propreté impeccable, très bonne literie, terrasses sans vis à vis, au calme mais proche des commerces, du port, de la plage, des restos, tout peut se faire à pied. Terrain clos, parfait pour les chiens. Merci à Mme et Mr Bouniot pour leur accueil chaleureux et pour les cadeaux de bienvenue.

Parfait

Tres von accueil, situation du logement ideale. Maison tres propre, tres bien équipée. Les lits sont deja fait a l arrivee avec un cadeau a l arrivee. Beaucoup d equipements (electromenagers, velos,.. ). Hotes tres accueillants et tres reactifs. Tres bon sejour.

Tout correspondait au visu d'internet et ses diverses prestations, rien à redire avis des loueurs. Un grand merci à Madame Nathalie Bouniot pour ses compétences.
