We were there because of a flight cancellation, after sitting on the tarmac for two hours, so we were not in good moods. Then we were met by Emanuel who was great, followed by Nick in the bar area. He was incredible. Unfortunately I don't remember our server's name but she was running all over to serve the dozens of people, all of us frustrated. Her smile eventually infected us all. The entire team made a horrible night enjoyable. That is hard to do and should be applauded.
