The Omni resort is very impressive. The pool area and amenities were great. The shuttle service to bring you around the property was very convenient. Our room at the Villa though was very tired and in dire need of some updates (flooring, bathroom fixtures, sliding door, patio area, etc). Other than the room itself, everything else we experienced was top-notch.

This is our fourth annual trip to Amelia to attend the concourse, we stay at the villas every time, it’s quiet it’s clean. You have full access to the Omni itself in all of its facilities, and they have buses that take you to the concourse every day.

Very dated room with gross shag carpet…and to top it off my husband had a huge roach in the shower the morning we left…we understand critters are somewhat uncontrollable things but just topped off our feeling of how old and dirty the room was….especially for the price. Only upside was hotel amenities. Checkin/out and everything on property besides the room was satisfactory.
