Positioned on the second floor, this end unit provides easy access via elevator or stairs, along with added privacy and natural light. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice the bright, open layout and stunning Atlantic Ocean views.

The highlight of the home is the oversized corner balcony, offering one of the best views in the building—perfect for enjoying sunrises, ocean breezes, and relaxing evenings.
