6/10 Okay

Property seemed under staffed. Pikes of trash and dirty linens left in the hallway daily. We stayed 4 nights. Staff never cleaned the room, changed towels, or collected trash. Pool was not attended to, my son cleaned the pool and had to ask at the front desk for pool towels for his children. Breakfast was decent, staff we did encounter were pleasant.

Everything was great. However, they need to have someone clean the outside sitting area. I sat out every night for a bit and the tables were never cleaned. Had a bit of a tough time with one of the tvs, but I figured it out!!. I'll definitely stay again.

Room smelled of cleaning agent when I arrived but was ready at 3pm. I booked a suite with king bed. It was well lit and had a big suite for lounging for guests to watch tv and a full kitchen for eating. I did not realize it came with a kitchen. The full Kitchen had a large ref + utensils and stove + microwave cooking areas which I did not use. I felt like I paid too much for the room. Is there the option to just get a bedroom and suite without a kitchen? I think embassy suites has these type rooms.
