The pool was closed due to exterior building painting, which took chunks of available parking out of service. The hot water did not work and the room was filthy. There were no ice buckets and when we went to go find one they were all locked away, and nobody knew where the key was. The TV was in need of replacement as it was pixelated and on its way out. Garbage disposer was also not working. There are so many better options in town. I would not stay here again.

I always enjoy my stay

Friendly staff. Ive stayed here both times Ive visited Jacksonville. Pool, gym, breakfast bar add to the reasons why I enjoy it here. Good mix of people. Nice area.

It was an ok stay. Room had trash from the previous guests in it and the kitchen was dirty. The breakfast was advertised as more than what it was. I was disappointed in that. The rest of the stay was fine
