Great breakfast and nice room

We came here to visit family and this hotel was really nice. The AC was cool and everything was quiet and they are remodeling everything so this is good. I have only one complaint and everybody thinks differently about these things but to me the bed was a little bit firm for me. I'd still stay there again, though.

Noisy guests that I didn't expect at this type of hotel... My biggest issue, though, was I jumped into the pool and just about died ... I'm not trying to be overly dramatic, but the pool temperature was probably somewhere around sixty degrees and was absolutely too cold for any type of enjoyment. I've been to Barton Springs near Austin, and that water is absolutely frigid, but this was colder.

The in door pool area was EXTREMELY slippery. The pool water was clean, and a little to warm. But the edge around the pool and all of the walk area were so slippery several children and adults fell

The hotel could not find our reservation for the itinerary number. We had to reserve another room so I would appreciate this being refunded back to the card or at least credit my account. It was ridiculous. We had business people in town and they couldn’t even check in and the staff at the hotel was not helpful at all

It was close to where we needed to go. Allegedly, we stayed in a refurbished room and i felt it was similar to a motel 6....not too impressed. There was a stain on the sheets. Not sure if it was a poop stain. in the other room we had, there were wires coming out of the wall where the thermostat was. Their tvs are small 32 inch. I was not impressed and probably recommend another hotel than here.
