The staff were professional, personable and kind. Went over and above what is expected! Every staff member spoke, even I hallway or elevator! Breakfast was delicious, hot and attendant kept every item full. Will stay again.

The staff was good and breakfast was always good but the elevator broke, the closet doors were falling off, and the front lights were broken and flashing. This was a no pet hotel and we had a dog barking all night and the next morning. All this happened in the 5 nights we stayed there.

Check in was good. The rooms not so much. Bathroom tub was dirty, stains on the wash clothes and towels. A roach in one room. Plus this was Thanksgiving so the person at the front desk had to resolve the issues and best he could. The elevator was shaky so my family took the stairs. Housekeeping definitely slacking. Other staff was nice.

Good area of town. Attractive exterior. Good parking. Decent breakfast. Inside getting pretty worn. Formica cracked and chipped, paint scratched and chipping, and hallway carpet ripped at seam. Unknown smell overall.
