They. Charged us for breakfast $20 @ because we used a 3rd party to book oue reservation. We were not provided a fridge on the room. Charged for parking $22 a day. Not happy will never stay again. Not recommend

Prefer rooms with a small refrigerator especially when things close down by 10 o’clock. Bathroom was small & the one glass shelf leaned so couldn’t keep personal items on it without them falling to floor. Overall room seemed old, needs updating. Valet service was good.

For a downtown Jackson Doubletree branded hotel, the room felt neglected, wall paper peeling off in the bathroom, no shower gel, uneven standing surface in front of the sink, the carpet in the room was worn out and felt musty.
