The location on the St John’s is a stellar location especially for 4th of July and the fireworks. If it wasn’t for that would not stay here. Hotel is in terrible need of renovations and then they need to maintain it.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly at check in. I had to reach out because there was feces on the toilet and the trash of the previous guest wasn’t taken out. The next day I had to reach out for them to clean our room and bring new towels. The location was great but I won’t stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton for work. The facility was clean; however, the rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and polite. Pool/patio area has a beautiful view of the bridge and riverfront. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay.

The room was clean comfortable and well stocked. Checking in was smooth and easy, parking was expensive but non complicated. The only down side is they did not offer late check out when requested and you couldn't control your own room temperature.

Wonderful hotel, comfortable beds. Breakfast was beyond basic- I would recommend to skip and go elsewhere for breakfast. All food was previously frozen packaged from a basic shop. Nothing was in house cooked in the morning Surprised, since hotel has a chef on staff.
