Do Not Use This Hotel

Terrible experience from the time we first tried to check in until the time we checked out. The front desk staff are very rude upon arrival and when we requested clean linens. The room was very dirty, disgusting actually. The linens were stained as if they hadn't been washed. Floor had not been swept or mopped. The door didn't shut all the way, there were holes in the walls. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

Me and my daughter in law went to get breakfast and bring back to the kids and when we went to leave the lady refused for us to bring the food back to our room. My granddaughter is autistic and gets overstimulated easily so we didn’t want to take her in there with others. I have never been to a motel that would not let me bring plates back to my room to my grandkids

Old, run down… a long wait for towels. Weed smoking on the stairs. Very sketchy area and appears to be a long stay motel for many people- like they live there.
Filthy sheets and we had to wait over an hour for them to find clean ones.

I was placed in two rooms and both weren't clean. Foot print, stains and hairs on bed sheets. Floors were dusty and sticky. Bathroom was dirty. We found an used ear plug, two dead roaches and some white stains on the side of one of the bed. One clean towel was left in the bathoroom When we asked for more, they claimed not to have more clean towels. They also hold a $100 deposit yet fail to meet basic cleanliness standards. I will personally never stay here or any other Boyton in the future. It was disgusting.

There was a piece of trim cut out of the metal on the door to the room, allowing about a 3 inch hole where you could see directly into the room. Nate, the maintenance man, insisted on "showing us" our room at 8pm when we checked in. Overall, disgusted with what we experienced.
