The Space

⭐️ The Sanctuary features four bedrooms, two baths, two living spaces, a theatre room, a desk area, a game area, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining room, and a back porch.
⭐️ Parking for up to three vehicles in the driveway.
⭐️ The home sits in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and birdsong, yet has access to an amenity center with pickleball, tennis, basketball, a pool, kiddie splash zone, and playground.

Guest Access
⭐️ The entire home is private and available for your exclusive use.
⭐️ Guests have access to the neighborhood pool, pickleball courts, and other community amenities.
⭐️ A keyless entry code makes check-in and check-out simple and convenient.

Interaction with Guests
⭐️ We respect the privacy of our guests. We’re happy to meet you if you’d like, otherwise, we assume guests prefer privacy.
⭐️ If any issue arises upon arrival or during your stay, please let us know right away so we can ensure a five-star experience.

Parking
⭐️ Free parking for up to three vehicles in the driveway and directly in front of this home (no parking in front of neighbors’ homes).
⭐️ Quick access to I-295 and I-95 for exploring all corners of Jacksonville.
⭐️ Safe neighborhood for walking to the community pool and courts.

Other Things to Note
⭐️ Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home for your safety and ours.
⭐️ There are no cameras inside the home. Footage is only reviewed if there’s a reason for concern or evidence is needed.

The number of guests that you registered for is the maximum number of guests allowed in the home. You will be charged $50 per additional guest per night and will be at risk of being asked to leave due to violating rules.

Let us know if you`re traveling with an infant or small child and need a playpen or high chair.

No smoking or vaping or drugs of any kind. If this is violated, you will be charged $500.00 and any extra cleaning costs incurred.

Pets are not allowed.

No parties or events. If in doubt, ask us. This is a neighborhood and therefore we are respectful of the noise level.

Three vehicles are allowed. Parking is limited to the driveway and the space on the street in front of our house/driveway. Street parking should be in the direction of the flow of traffic.

If you see any issues upon arrival or during your stay, please let us know so that we can tend to it immediately. We want your stay to be fabulous.

CHECK IN IS 4:00 pm.
CHECK OUT IS 10:00 am.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT: Easy peezy. Leave beds unmade. Place all other linens in laundry room. Load dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor trashcans.

Walk-through video and photos have been taken by cleaning crew prior to each stay to ensure property is cleaned to our standard. Guests will be charged for damages, missing items, and any extra cleaning fees incurred due to irresponsibility. Our desire is for each guest to experience staying in our home with the same high standard of care and attention to details as the guests prior.
