The place was dirty, bathrooms had no toilet paper, couldn't find staff for issues. Garbage cans were over flowing with trash spilling over on to the floor. I wouldn't refer anyone to that location

Nice hotel. Food was great. Lot of construction in the tower 2. Had to change my room a few times. I also paid for one night through Expedia but hotel charged me the full amount. Wouldn’t give me a credit and said I’d have to take it up with Expedia. How do I get in touch with Expedia to get this resolved?
