Step into your 690-square-foot guesthouse, designed to offer more space and comfort than a traditional hotel. The open layout connects a comfortable living area, featuring a sofa and armchairs, to a fully equipped kitchenette and bar area. The interior blends vintage-industrial charm with modern farmhouse touches, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Sleeping Arrangements:
A private bedroom awaits with a comfortable queen bed, decorated in a cozy modern farmhouse style.
The spacious living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. Please note, this is not a separate second bedroom.

Kitchen & Dining:
Prepare your favorite meals in the functional full kitchen, complete with everything you need.
Enjoy dining at the bar seating for four.

Bathroom:
Indulge in the stylish, modern bathroom, featuring a double vanity with vessel sinks, decorative tile work, and a walk-in shower with a convenient shaving ledge. A unique sliding barn door adds to its charm.

Laundry:
For your convenience, a stacked washer and dryer are available in-unit.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire Cottage on College and its dedicated outdoor seating area. A dedicated parking space is conveniently located directly in front of the cottage’s double doors, offering secure, oversized parking. Self-check-in is available, and detailed arrival, parking, and entry instructions will be sent to you before your check-in date. The cottage is situated behind the main residence and is easily reached by following the driveway around the house.

While your space is private, you may occasionally see us around the property. We aim to provide a peaceful and private stay for our guests.

Interior Steps: Please note that the bedroom is two steps down from the main living area, and the bathroom is one step up. Guests with mobility concerns should consider whether these interior steps will meet their needs before booking.
