That hotel was absolutely unprofessional! I arrived around 2, to see if I was able to check in early, the lady said no, they are still cleaning so it will be 3, well 2:55 comes and she said it still wasn’t ready! Then 3:15 the room again still wasn’t ready. Nobody was at the front desk for like 10 mins, I walked down the hallway to try and find someone and found 2 employees in a room just sitting and talking and one eating. Then the lady from the front desk appeared and finally gave me the key to the room. It was after 3:30 when I finally got in there. I am a photographer and really needed the room much earlier do to needing the light from the window, which I did ask for but the room they put me in was on the bottom first floor towards the back with woods and hardly any sun light. I needed a room more on the second or third floor towards the front of the building where the sunlight would shine more! It was absolutely horrible service and will not be going back at all!!!

The hotel is easy to find. The staff were friendly and the lobby was very neat and clean. Our room was well arranged neat and clean with updated furnishings. We had an accessible room so the bathroom was very large and had several grab bars throughout. The shower floor was not slippery. The shower had great water pressure and the hot water in the shower was continuous. The towels were thick and snowball white. The breakfast was a simple continental type but adequate and well presented. My overall experience was positive.

The hotel as a whole was clean, the bathroom in the room was a different story. I think the head housekeeper and or housekeeping has failed in that area. The front desk person was extremely kind and helpful.

Shhh! This spot is so quaint that I love it. I’m almost certain that people don’t know how nice this location is. It’s never packed, newly renovated, clean, and the staff are super friendly. If you’re passing through Brandon Ms, stop by and rent one of these affordable nice rooms.
