Walls were very thin- I could hear guests next door clearing their throat, quiet conversations. Noise from hallway outside room was very loud. The housekeeping staff were not polite

The whole floor smelled like weed the entire stay. A dog barked ALL NIGHT across the hall from me. The headboard stunk. The fitted sheet came off the bed everytime I moved. No easy access to outlets to charge anything. All around horrible stay. Will never stay there or any other Spark again. I will for sure do my homework and never stay at a pet friendly hotel. It’s disgusting!!!! Shouldn’t be allowed!!! Especially big ones that bark all night. It’s no different than if I were screaming all night. I even told the front desk and nothing was done. Bet I would been told to be quiet or leave if I didn’t hush!!

Pretty disappointed in this property. To be a Hilton property, it did not live up to the Hilton standards. There was a smoke alarm chirping outside my door for two nights. I had NO shampoo in the wall dispenser which was fine because I had NO hot water to wash my hair anyway. It was very hot in my room even with the AC turned all the way down. Housekeeping woke me up early even though I had the DND sign on the door. Will not stay here again!

The room was clean and roomy. I encounter a small problem I. My room when I first arrived. But the staff on duty was so quick to correct it and even followed up the next day to make sure I was good. I will for sure be returning to this location on my next visit.

I would never recommend this hotel tub nasty bed to low breakfast was all cold food nothing hot no microwave inside the room. That Hilton sight need not to be at that hotel at all.

Tub had something all over it and I was afraid to take a shower not knowing what it was. Someone’s hair was stuck to the dispenser in the shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush right. Bed slept well.
