Stains on top sheet. Box spring cover coming off. Hole in shower drain. Pubic hair on toilet. Black curly hair on floor next to shower. Air vent in toilet room constantly ran. Lighting over vanity very poor. Fan in bedroom constantly ran, despite adjusting temperature on wall.

They put me in a handicap accessible room, the beds were to low and the mattress was terrible. The carpets in the hallway were being cleaned, the smell was awful. Need to get rid of the carpet all together.

Room was looking run down. Especially the bathroom. I had a hard time getting it cool enough at night. The air hit the side of the bed instead of going up. As I came in one night and wanted to grab water, there was no one at the front desk. I waited about 20 minutes and no one ever came.

This was a very outdated location. Not at all what I would expect from Hyatt. Also, when I requested that our room be cleaned, we were told the room is only cleaned on the 3rd or 4th day of our stay. I will not be staying at another Hyatt. I was refunded for 1 night but i requested 2. They moved us to a new clean room on our 3rd night but it was definitely an inconvenience.
