Staff was great but bathroom had mildew or mold on walls, Continental breakfast was minimal, tub didn't drain well, hair dryer didn't work, bed was not comfortable, ability to watch TV was a joke. Will not stay there again.

The television and phone didn’t work. It was so noisy they had to move us to another room. We had been traveling for 14 hours and needed sleep. This is a one and done stay for me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about.

The location is great if you are broken down amd need to walk back and forth between Firestone and the hotel for a day. It is clean with abgood shower, good bed and mediocre breakfast. Dated, old and kind of smells old. Front desk is efficient but not friendly. Newer places at lower prices and better are in Jackson
