The shower had mold on the ceiling, the soap dish had soap scum, the glass shower doors were disgusting. When I went to complain - was told it would be cleaned, finally it was after a second complaint. While trying to dishes water wouldn't drain found 2 caps in the sink another sign of neglect and not checking.
