We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as we visit Clinton several times a year. Hotel had always been well kept in the past. This time was rough. Shower had a lot of mildew, tv did not work, part of curtain was missing, one pillow did not have a pillowcase, WiFi was not working, and upon inspecting the mattress, it was ripped and torn. Very disappointing. The staff was friendly, as always.

I’ve been staying in this hotel 1-2x/year ever since it opened. It’s time for a refresh. Rooms are generally clean, but dings and rips and stains have accumulated and it feels a bit tired overall. There are not that many hotel options in Clinton and I wish this one was just a bit nicer. On our drive down, we stayed at another freshly renovated very nice hotel (similar brand) and the contrast with this one was very apparent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was looking a little run down. Some outlets didn’t work. There were holes in the wall. Overall maintenance wasn’t great. Food was okay, my boys said the hard boiled eggs tasted like rubber. Other than we had a good nights sleep.
