Don't desk clerk was very unhelpful, she was way more interested in her personal call she was on even while helping us checking in. We got into our room to find out the tv was not working and requested another room...boy did we put her out! Hair all in the bathroom area.

The Fairfield is my go to when I visit the Jackson/Pearl area. I truly enjoy the safety and convenience of the location as well as the nice comfortable beds. (I overslept because of that!). The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful. I will return.

We stayed at this hotel because it was highly rated on the app. It was rated at an 8.7 out of 10 stars. I would give it a seven out of 10 stars at Best. It was supposed to be a Sweet and the only place to see it was at a desk And one small chair in a corner.
