We had no shower curtain, room had glitter all over it had to squish some bugs AND the AC didn’t work. July 7th 2026, immediately requested a refund for the rest of the week we had booked, and I am still waiting on it. Staff was nice.

This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Towels stained, bed stains, filthy floors, filthy shower curtain with black mold. I understand it was a cheap option in a town with not many options, but take some pride in your work and make it livable. Hair everywhere, bugs, etc. we couldn’t get out of there sooner. It was sad.

I left a very important sentimental item in my room upon check out. I phoned the property shortly after leaving as i KNEW it was still in the room and i told the front desk in detail where it was and i was told that housekeeping "didnt see anything". The room was dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it, my towel was black. At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me.

It’s a motel, a bit further off the highway (therefore lower price compared to other motels in the area), so you get what you pay for. Room was clean enough. We were only there for one night, passing through, so it fulfilled what we needed it to be.

While an older motel, my room was adequate and the bed was comfortable, but the floor was quite dirty and needed more than sweeping. The bottoms of my feet were dirty from walking in the room for a couple hours before going to bed.

The sink is stopped up but it has been at least the last three years ! The toilet stool is cracked and leaks water as it has for three years ! The shower curtain has black mold on it ! The floor is filthy when you a walk around your feet look like you been walking on tar ! There was a coffee maker in the room but no cups !! I can’t believe Roadway inn puts up with that kind of service !
