Pool - broken. Sidewalks - broken Lobby bathrooms - broken. Staff - disinterested, though efficient at check in. Breakfast was a pot of coffee and honeybuns in wrappers. No other food. Two small tables. Four chairs. Left the distinct feeling mgr just wanted everyone to leave so they didn’t interrupt his laptop time.

Room was clean and nice. Pet fee was more when I arrived than what I was told in the phone. Was also told when I arrived that I would be charged a deposit, which I was not made aware of when I made reservations. Upon expressing extreme displeasure with charges being different in person than on the phone, the refundable deposit was waived.

The room had an awful smell to it, uncomfortable beds. There was no breakfast. Coffee and juice only. The room down the hall was having some type of get together and had loud music late into the night. Do not recommend

Bathroom was clean and lovely clean fluffy towels. Unfortunately we had a cockroach visit us on our last day and floor wasn’t very clean in the room. Breakfast included was a bonus but no drinks facility in the room.

I’m still waiting for my $100 deposit to be returned to my account. It’s been 2 weeks! There was no continental breakfast. It was coffee and store bought honey buns in plastic wrappers. And it’s the Comfort Inn!

I liked the physical location being close to the things going on downtown. There are also several locations to eat within a couple miles. The breakfast provided is extremely basic and I would depend on it for actual breakfast (coffee and honey buns available). Half of the second floor is also rest restricted so they're unable to use several rooms until they finish doing whatever theyre doing. This makes it look unsafe but I didn't have any major issues with my room (just missing some wash towels at check-in).
