This was our second stay at this hotel. Our first stay was fabulous. This time, the room was way less clean. Visibly dirty upholstery on the chair, floors were dirty, ceiling was stained. Our room was also next to a stairwell. The handle on the door to the stairs was not functioning properly, so the door did not close, and instead a piece of the knob stopped it and made a loud slamming noise at all hours of the night. The pillows were also HORRIBLE.

Cleaning could have been better….housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning. I needed extra towels and they told me they were all out!! That’s unacceptable, but thankfully I was only there for 1 night stay.
