Staff support is lacking. The room description was not correct. I waited an hour to discuss that the room.had no mini fridge , coffee maker and microwave. I had to insist that i booked a room.with these listed items. Finally after showing the listing of the hotel 3 times to the manager he moved me to a superior room next to a Night Club. He said it was closed and very quiet. At 10pm i lived in hell until 4am The next day i asked to move rooms and i needed a fridge. The manager refused. The area is not clean. The Hotel only deserves 2 stars

Bien ubicado en Ixtapa sin ser all-inclusive. El lugar para desayunar (con un costo extra) tiene buena cocina. La alberca está bien pero un poco precaria en general. La propiedad es antigua, con signos de la edad y el paso del tiempo, pero la limpieza está bien.
