Restaurant food poor. Only open for breakfast. We understood we were to have a kitchenette but didn't even have a fridge or coffeemaker. ..or hotplate ..we had to take a taxi to go downtown for food...too far to walk....lots of mosquitoes! The housekeepers kept the rooms and grounds very clean and were pleasant and helpful..lovely pool and sitting area.....if we were caught with food in our room we could be fined.

The hotel pool area and rooms were clean. It would have been nice to have to have a mini frig. and coffee maker. Did not like the location which is in a residential area and had to take a 10 min. walk to main street to take public transportation to find a restaurant or convenience store, therefore, having a car rental would've been best for us.

The property is in the middle of a major construction area. On property meal (breakfast only) is VERY limited. Property lighting is very poor — not as depicted in photos. The pool had algae and did not appear to be clean and sanitary. You have to taxi to everything including the beach and meals.The staff was very friendly but limited English making communication difficult. We ended up moving to another hotel 3 days into or 7 day vacation.

Second time staying here, this time it wasn't as pleasant as the first time. It was raining this time and water was coming through the walls and pooling inside the room, front desk wasn't interested in the fact, also one thing that really bothers me is that they only leave 2 towels per room regardless of how many are staying, for us we were 2 adults and 2 kids and front desk suggested kids reuse the adults towels. I would stay there again but I really hope management actually reads these reviews and pays attention to guest complaints.

Property situated in a private area surrounded by beautiful residences. Perfect for someone to get away from traffic and people. I traveled for vacation with little ones who constantly wanted something different so a local store would have been nice for example an Oxxo. The villa was equipped with everything needed to cook but again I wanted convenience as I came to relax. It is raining season so that was expected but the rain flooded our first and second floor. Sr. Miguel was very helpful and quickly moved us to another villa. I think I would have enjoyed my full stay had I stayed but I became member of one f the resorts so we moved on our second day. I would recommend the hotel anytime.

Habitación limpia, es un hotel pequeño. Les falta personal y eso impacta en el servicio. En cierta ocasión el restaurante estaba lleno y una sola persona hacia de mesero y cajero. Obvio, no se daba abasto y el tiempo de espera en los alimentos, entregar la cuenta y cobrar fue excesivo. Reporté problemas con el aire acondicionado y nadie fue a resolverlo, al día siguiente tuve que volver a reportarlo. En total tardaron 3 días en solucionarlo.
