We stayed at the Homewood Suites for one weekend day and 2 week days. We didn't receive any housekeeping and the full-sized shower gels in both bathrooms were empty. The breakfast on Sunday was excellent - attentive staff, fully stocked food - everything you expect with an included breakfast buffet. The one woman who worked Monday and Tuesday was a hot mess. Food was never stocked - nor were the utensils, plates, coffee, juice, butter, waffle mix - you name it, you had to ask for it. And I heard her complaining that people eat all they want at the all you can eat buffet. As if the problem were the guests and not her inability to keep up. On Tuesday she left the floor entirely at 9:15A for a smoke break and didn't restock anything after 9A (breakfast ends at 9:30).

I had a great stay! The room was wonderful. Comfy bed, lots of hot water and the breakfast was really good. There are plenty of doors to get outside and pet stations in a few spots around the hotel if you're staying with your dog. My only complaint was housekeeping never stopped by, even when we were gone for the whole day and had nothing hung on the door. Also it was a pain to change anything with the hotel as they kept not finding updates from Expedia, it did eventually get worked out.

Excellent Stay! Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and very attentive, especially Ms. Gina, who helped us at all times. We had an issue with our reservation, and she took the time to assist us and even helped us communicate with the company we had booked through. Her professionalism and willingness to help made a huge difference. The breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety. Even though the hotel has a few years, everything was spotless, impeccably clean, and very well maintained.

The room was large and very accommodating. Everything was extremely clean and the front desk (a man, I forgot his name) was so nice and showed us where to go to find our room and offered his service if we needed anything!
