Anite at the front desk was great. She answered all my questions and my pup got treats. The hotel was perfect for me. My room was on the first floor right near the door to walk my dog easily. The free breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel. All staff were friendly and knowledgable.

We stayed in room 122 room fine for us but I noticed numerous places in the grout in the bathroom that were not filled Water from shower will enter and deteriorate the grout and mold etc could accumulate. Pool not open.

Excellent service

This hotel has an excellent housekeeping crew. Two things kept this from being a five-star experience: the overflowing toilet from the room above us (one time only during a long stay; late night, so we were given towels at front desk to soak up the water) and the lack of a guest laundry. I understand the laundry is in process as part of the recent remodel. Despite those two minor things, we recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
