The hotel staff from the top management down were doing above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. We were greeted by their sincere hospitality offering the delights and red tea when we checked in. Furthermore, we were offered upgrade of the family room at no extra cost later.

The hotel was absolutely amazing , very clean and in a perfect location. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything exceeded expectations, making it an outstanding stay. Kamal at the front desk was super helpful with everything. The breakfast was super delicious with a big selection. The owner Harun was very personal, caring and made us feel so welcomed. They gave us a gift during check out to remember them. What an exceptional gesture. Highly recommended!

Great Hotel in Great Old Town Location

We really our enjoyed in our 9 night stay in The White House Hotel in Istanbul. All of the staff (front desk, cleaners and at breakfast) were polite and helpful. The location is perfect for first time visitors with all the major sights of the old town only about a 5 minute walk away.

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew the White House hotel was special as we were warmly greeted by the owner for our 5 night stay. Overall the staff at the hotel were as good as have ever encountered, constantly going above and beyond to make certain our needs were met. Add in super clean and well designed rooms and a delightful rooftop breakfast deck and you have a winning combination.

This is nice small boutique hotel. Right from the time I checked in to check out, the staff were really courteous and wonderful. The rooms are very nicely kept and grand. They have wonderful Turkish breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the Mosques and the water front. It is at a walking distance from the blue, and grand Sofia mosques, the spice market and the Grand Market. It has a however a little cramped for space in the hallways. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We have been very fortunate to have be able to have stayed in some lovely hotels over the years. I believe this may be the best of any of them. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and in an exceptional location for proximity to tourist attractions, restaurants and other ammenities. What makes it better than other hotels that we have used? Without doubt, Harun, the owner and all of his staff. From the lovely check-in procedure to check out time every staff member that we dealt with with was obviously keen to ensure our holiday experience was as good as they could make it. And they suceeded Thanks to Harun and all of them for their considerable efforts

What I liked best about the White House hotel was the welcoming and friendly attitude of the staff. I needed lactose free milk and they went to the store and got it to provide it for me. For a small boutique hotel this one is one of the best.
