Super welcoming staff! Check in process so smooth. Rooms were so clean! The general area is very safe as well. The breakfast was traditional and a wide range of options were provided. At every step the staff is so caring! Make sure to go there for a peaceful getaway.

Nestled above the hubbub of downtown Buyukada, Triada is a crisp beacon of relaxation. My room had double doors that opened onto a beautifully mosaic balcony from which I could see the ocean, and boats sailing past with the Istanbul skyline behind it. Breakfast was enough food for a full day.

Great hotel up on the hills with lovely garden

We stayed at Triada with my fiances and my family during our wedding on the next island. Booked two big and one small bungalov which were quite spacious with small terrace. The rooms were nicely decorated. Outside area is all green with small gardens. Staff and management were super helpfull during this busy and stressful time with last minute details of the wedding. All employees were very service minded and pleasant at all times. Our rooms were cleaned spottles, breakfast and other food options were delicious. The hotel is located on the hills, distant from the crouds, so peacefull. Cant recommend Triada more!

Çok bakımsız ve pis bir otel. Banyoyu tekrar twmizletmeme rağmen girilir gibi değildi. Klozetin kapağı kırıktı. Odanon canı yoktu ve bu açıkça belirtilmwliydi. Bodrum katta ışıksız havasız bir yerde kalıyorsunuz. Binadaki tüm güeültü, reswpsiyondaki hanomefendinim bütün konuşması odanızın içinde. Kahvaltıda çeşit az ve kalite düşük. Salatalıklar yıkanmamış. 2. Gün kahvaltı almadan ayrıldım. Konumu güzel. Oda büyük ve serindi.

Jakuzili odada 1 gece konaklama yaptık. Otel konsept olarak güzeldi. Çalışanlar nazikti fakat odanın tesisatında ciddi problemler vardı. Lavabo ve duşta ciddi göllenmeler oldu. Sıcak su konusunda da sorun yaşadık. 2 kişilik konaklamalarda art arda duş alacaksınız sıcak su için beklemeniz gerekiyor. Odada telefon ve wifi çekmiyor. Muhtemelen eski bir yapı olduğu için kaldığımız odada ciddi bir gürültü problemi vardı. Hafif bir uykunuz varsa uyku problemi yaşayabilirsiniz.

Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda tarafımıza verilmediği gibi, üstüne bir de fiyat farkı ödemek zorunda bırakıldık. Buna rağmen bize rezervasyondaki oda yerine aile odası tarzında alakasız bir oda verildi. Durumu yetkililere anlattığımızda yardımcı olmak yerine en güzel oda bu, sistem böyle atıyor, yapabilecegimiz bir şey yok” gibi ilgisiz ve profesyonellikten uzak cevaplar aldık.Daha sonra başka bir odaya geçirildik ancak verilen yeni oda da ekstra ücret ödediğimiz odadan daha düşük standarttaydı. Kısacası parasını ödediğimiz odada konaklayamadık ve süreç boyunca ne çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım ne de müşteri memnuniyeti gördük
