Disgraceful hotel and Hotels.com didn't help

This hotel doesn't even deserve a 2 star, refused late checkout by one hour although we stayed 16 nights in two rooms, AC was faulty for two days and the did nothing to help, the hotel is old and run down every thing is broken, towels are old torn and dirty, water and coffee first night only, breakfast is poor, lifts are hardly take two persons, no bins in the room, shower tray drain is blocked and water fills the floor of the bathroom, they booked me a taxi to the airport and then changed the price last minute, and the problems go on and on .....

Worst experience ever

It was terrible. I don't know what kind of hotel doesn't serve water. The front desk was rude, other was a their he offered to find us a taxi with extra money so he can put it on his pocket. And at the last floor there was Arab guests fighting, some of them drunk and singing. No respect for other guests. I would never come back again there

Its a nice hotel, but the map that comes int he voucher doesnt have the real lication if the hotel. I had to walk a lot looking for it. The breakfast was good but with not so much variety

To small rooms, no tv reception, no airconditionin

Dark entrance unlike the photos on web site try dont turn lights on it is to dark every where you go Only one elevator and it takes only one man with one bag Room was so small you have to jump over bed to get on other side I checked in room was very hot I set the air conditioner on auto and left room when I come back it was like 120 degree I asked the reseption they said ooo system doesn’t work
