As a hotel executive in New York City, I am a big fan of Turkish hospitality. No country can beat Turkish hospitality and service culture. My room was modest and clean. Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity. I did not get a chance to use the rooftop breakfast, however. The Pera district offers tons of great restaurant and cocktail bar options. Mahir Lokantasi ( gourmet's favorite) was also tasty and authentic. We will be back in August for another trip!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Erkan Ozbek was very friendly and recommended some neighborhood we should explore. Arda can answer to all your questions about the city sites and shops. Burak was very efficient and helpful. The whole staff was so accommodating with every question we had. We spent three days in the old town very interesting to see all antiquities. This is in Taksim area and a very vibrant community. You have to see both to have a great instanbul experince.

Çok temiz, mis gibi kokan bir otel. Yeni bir otel olduğu için de her şey pırıl pırıl. Personel çok ilgili, güler yüzlü. Pera da konumu mükemmel. Hazzopulo pasajının hemen yanında olduğu için Meşrutiyet cad ile istiklal caddesini bağlayan noktada diyebilirim. Biz büyük teraslı odada 12 yaşında kızım ve eşimle konakladık. Hava koşulları müsade ettiği ölçüde terasta keyif yaptık. Sadece kahvaltı biraz zayıftı ama bizim klasik her şeyi içinde olan Türk kahvaltısı ile kıyaslarsak. Turistler için eminim çok yeterlidir. Serpme ve portakal suyundan kahveyi nasıl istediğimize kadar gayet güzel ilgilenildi. Tekrar gideriz. Tavsiye ederim.
