The service was excellent and the staff was excellent, above and beyond, always helpfull, kind and serviceminded. The rooms where great and clean, and if we needed anything, we just reached out to the staff and they made sure we where taken care of. This hotel is in a great location. It is outside of the core of Istanbul but not so far away that you can't take a taxi. It is also a great distance from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The front desk staff is very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also have a great local area knowledge surrounding the property.

I had a very pleasant stay which the staff Mazlum, Yusuf and Berkay helped me a lot. Any issues I had they were quick to fix them, booking taxis, technical issues, orders etc. the hotel is in a quiet location with 5 minute access to places like Vadi Istanbul shopping mall. The apartment rooms are very stylish and spacious with everything you need, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if it will be for a long time

This location is next to a dog park and there are numerous dogs who bark all night long so quiet sleep is impossible ! Not sure but i scratched all night in bed also the bed may have had bed bugs too. The shower is very small so turning around is not possible .
