The room was clean and small. The stuff was very good and courteous. Because next day we were leaving early instead of breakfast they prepared two small sandwiches for us.

We booked transport from the airport to the hotel, after waiting a long time at the airport, we were told they didn’t have a driver and for us to get a taxi. We get to the hotel, staff English wasn’t good, room was a bit small for 2 adults and a teenager, hotel has family rooms but ours was not one of those rooms. Our room wasn’t cleaned once in the time we were there, only towels were changed once. When we checked in, we were hungry, we asked for somewhere to eat but we were told everywhere was closed and we were offered pizza, hotel has kitchen that closes late and we got there 20:15 local time. We didn’t accept the hotel choice as none of the pizzas looked good. We left our suitcase in the room and went to search for somewhere to eat, found a nice restaurant about 5 minutes down the road from the hotel and food was nice and not expensive. Breakfast was every day same thing, no choice and staff didn’t smile, it looked like we were doing them a favour. Don’t recommend this hotel for long stays. When we arrived tv was not working, we called reception and someone came, he said we would have no tv until next day, next day we only had 4 channels, none in English, after many complaints, they changed the tv, which allowed us to have more channels, one in English, but Netflix didn’t work on television nor did YouTube.

Small dark room with angled ceiling, have to be very careful to not hit head. Lumpy pillow, stains in pillowcase. Cold air drift from window over headboard. Noise from road, next room & hallway at night. I AM elevator did’t work &walk from 4 floor with luggage with censored light turning on& off was awful. Poor experience!

Came here for a short stay, absolutely loved the place. Nice clean rooms. Wifi and breakfast included. Great price. Very cooperative and helpful staff. Close to stores, public transport and restaurants. Short drive to airport. Shuttle not included in room cost, available for a fee. Cheaper to uber to airport tho.

Ok stay near airport. Convenient to the Istanbul Airport. Staff were good. Rooms were Ok. One room smelled of smoke and attempt to cover that. But for that it may have gotten better rating.

Friendly staff and convenient location to the airport. We did have an issue while we were there, we ended up on the wrong level for our room and were able to use our key to open another room. I hope that was just a one off situation.

It was very convenient since it is only 15 minutes from an airport Staff were amazing But isolation needs to be better You can hear other guests conversations especially if someone talk loudly But is great experience I will definitely stay again when I travel and if my flight is early
