I loved this place, as a solo female traveler I fell safe; it is right in a normal life neighborhood with every day Turkish people. There is shops, restaurants around, you can easily take a stroll in the afternoon or evening around the neighborhood . Staff were very friendly and helped with questions I had. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to be back.

The staff is amazing! Super accommodating to all of our needs. They gave us a free upgrade to the penthouse room after a tiny mix up in our reservation, and made every effort to make us comfortable! Good location - walking distance to all of Istanbuls main attraction. Definitely recommend!
