After a long travel day, we were lucky enough to meet the supervisor, Hatice, at the front desk after we checked in. She was extremely welcoming and helpful with any of our requests. When we entered the room and saw the surprise gift hotel team had prepared, we was absolutely delighted. It was clear that this was not something put together casually, but a gift prepared with great care and thoughtfulness. On top of that, the Bosphorus view is great and stunning. Absolutely loved my stay!

Absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming – it really made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh options to choose from. The location couldn’t be better if you want to stay right in the center of Taksim. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Istanbul!
