Staff were super helpful and the location is incredible. We had issues with our rooms, first one they gave us had drain issues so we declined as smell was awful, second room had a large generator outside the window and after one night of zero sleep they moved us and third room was perfect. They were happy to move us and it wasn’t an issue but I feel like the room that smelt of human waste should have been taken out of service until it was resolved. The one with the generator outside I guess they can’t do much about. So overall staff are friendly and helpful, rooftop restaurant is very good, rooms are clean and location is amazing. Avoid rooms 1001, 1002 and 1003.
