Great location! This hotel is not only located ideally, but it is clean and very comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and we have absolutely nothing to complain about!!

Great location near Haiga Sofia, Basilica Cistern and Blue Mosque. Room are clean and good breakfast. The road was being torn up out front so the lobbybwas a bit messy. Not the fault of hotel staff.

Stayed four nights here. Great location, minutes to the major points of interest, steps away to restaurants and shopping, yet on a quiet side street. Faculty looks new, feels new. Breakfast provides plenty of choices, rich in protein and other foods. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel if visiting Istanbul again

Great place to stay!

Great stay at Shining Star Hotel. Very well located, with a short walk to restaurants and the most popular sights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The glass floors with a view of the underground ruins are really a treat and the bar area is beautifully finished and very atmospheric - although the wine and beer choice could be better.

Sold a lie, photo and description of the hotel did not match the actual hotel. Key points to be noted 1. No Ac, 2. No laundry service 3. No iron provided. 4. Staines on sheet, probably not changed 5. Very dusty, if have dust allergy or asthma Avoid, 6. Rude staff x2 7. Qulc to ask for a tip. Spoit my holiday. I had to change my hotel. Issues: Due change hotel Had to pay double for my airport transfers as it was pre booked and holidays extra didnt allow change Cost me £50 and lost out my £73 and pre paid. Paid uber taxi got over charged to move hotel 200 lira. Had to walk 2dk which is about 1 mile (I think) This all happened due to a lie expedia and the shining hotel sold. Horrific experience. To top it up had my lil one 3 suitcase and 2 hand luggage. Horrible,Horrific, Avoid
