However, in order for the experience to be perfect, it is essential to have a room close to the reception. We enjoyed staying in Rixos hotel The room very pleasant and partially look in ocean Clean a staff helpful They gave us complementary breakfast and was so many verities We tried the other two cafes was nice Godiva and There is a the mall beside us and many restaurants and cafes. Actually we had short 2 nights only but we enjoyed the hotel and area is new and beautiful

The hotel is very new , clean and beautiful the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel . Staff is very polite and helpful. Problem was our credit card did not work although they worked everywhere in Istanbul & the same with our friends another couple. it was a disturbing situation and our friends had to put all their cash to the hotel. They have an issue they said maybe with some cards and will try to solve it . No upgrades at Rixos no drinks only free parking for a car we don’t have

In and out of the property is very bad. It took very long for check out. Room categories are incorrect. We lost an hour or so at time of check in due to wrong room category. Next day we lost power twice due to bad iron.
