We had a really good stay here , very friendly staff , especially the manager . He really went out his way and made sure we had a good stay at the hotel . I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again next time I visit Istanbul

Housekeeping is the worst. Even after multiple requests, during my 5 nights stay they never changed my sheets. I had to beg for fresh towels. Breakfast is not edible. They don’t speak a single word in English.

Is not safe place. I did see one men use knife to make injuries to women when I was in taxi driving to hotel from aeroport. I decided to not check in at that hotel because I am so scared. I tried to cancel my reservation by sending message to hotel staff nobody replied to me. It was first day and bad experience. Then I make another reservation on different hotel, but price was really high because it wasn’t in advance.

Staff very nice and helpful. If you want cheap place to stay it is perfect but do not expect nothing more. Area where the hotel is very noisy, dirty and doesn’t look safe to go out on nights. For 6 nights they didn’t change beds sheets or towels, unless you told them. But surprisingly they enter almost every day in the room as we looked 2 times and every time we found one time the key looked and they didn’t change anything… I don’t know why they enter :(

All around good stay!

This hotel is located in the most historic area of Istanbul, the area around it doesn’t look as great but the hotel it’s great, the service is great, the Wi-Fi is good, the breakfast is amazing ...we really enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to coming back next year ...my daughter loved it, she enjoyed the cats that the owner has. Owner and manager are very nice people, very helpful ...we had a good stay. Walking distance to all the main attractions in the European side and well connected with transportation. We highly recommend it!!!

This property had a nice location nearby the majority of the sites you'd want to visit in Istanbul in the Old City. The staff and owners are very kind and will help you with anything you need. The hotel seems to be in somewhat of a sketchy area but after a few days we realized it wasn't as bad as we originally thought. Very quaint, breakfast is really good. Good price.

Old town close to every where

Every street &lane is a market place. Walk to palaces, museums, shops, cafes, and transport and an amazing old historical area. Staff are caring & generous. We arrived well before check in & they immediately sent us downstairs to have breakfast & had our room ready by the time we were done. The traditional Turkish breakfast was scrumptious & was something different in the selection each day. Rooms are comfortable but small as to be expected in an older neighbourhood.
