Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff, specially Tarik, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made the experience even more relaxing. The food, amenities, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. It was truly a memorable stay, and we would gladly return again in the future.

Tarik was amazingly helpful, organising room service for us and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Room and beds comfortable and clean. Location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and tramline. The photos led us to believe there was dining available but this was not the case. However there are places to eat everywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money and central location.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Her detayın özenle düşünüldüğü belli. Otelin genel temizlik standartları da gerçekten takdire şayan. Kısacası Renzo Hotel, kaliteli hizmeti ve profesyonel ekibiyle kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Tarık Bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederim; misafir memnuniyeti konusundaki titizliği gerçekten fark yaratıyor.
