The bathrooms was poor,toilet was broken in the first day of staying also there was a problem with the sink and i needed to call the service team to fix it .There was no chair for the desk in fhe room.The floor tile in the bathroom was cracked and a the corners in the shower had mold .

Disappointing and mouldy bathroom

Arrived to find the hotel had no record of my booking. They found me a room, which was tiny and had a shower that had terrible black mould. The pool view was more a view of the car park. They did move me to another room, they managed to find one with no mould (after looking at two other rooms first).
Well there is a view of the pool, but not quite what was advertised! More car park view.

Staff was very kind to give the room for my daughter who arrived 6hours earlier than me. It was also good to have access to the Tram as well as the nearby place to see. I will go to this hotel again!

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza for one week. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant, always ready to help. Not so sure about the breakfast though, they could do with adding in a few more dishes for breakfast, eg, baked beans waffles, porridge..there was way too much salad stuff you would think it was lunch time.The tea was too bitter. Other then that it was a good experience and I look forwatd to staying there again. Thankyou
