These apartments are massive. Oerfect for families with children. The furniture is a bit dated and could use a bit of freshening up but the location and size of the accommodation makes it worth it. Had a great time at Pera Residence.

Excellent location on a lively street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The place is absolutely massive, but could use a bit of a refresh. A few things were lacking like hangers in the closet, things to wash dishes, detergent for the in unit laundry. But overall would recommend and stay again.

This is my third stay here. I highly recommend this place. Exceptional values and great service 2 bedrooms with fully furnished nearly 1600 Sq ft space compare that with your typical hotel room with 240 sq ft... Kitchen, refrigerator and balcony... 5 stars.

Pros: - very large apartment - fully equipped kitchen - washing machine - central location - lots of storage places, high quality cabinets, if you need them... Cons: Outdated, had a better glorious past: - floor heating was on all the time, controllers didn't really work. Technician came and said he disconnected it, but it was still on. - air-condition controllers were also not reliable, so at the end it was too hot. Some controllers were missing in our apartment. - shower controls are flimsy - no real soap, just some watery solution that was seems to be filled in house. No refills, needed to get our soaps. - although we registered as a group of 4 (family), only two beds had bed linden and we needed to ask for bedsheets for the sofa. -Only 2 magnetic card keys were given for 4 people. - lapms have different bulbs temperatures (some white, some warm), looks improvised and not up to the standard Overall, i recommend it, as it is a prime location, was a luxury apartment, but with quite many reservations.

Absolutely amazing ..it’s my 2nd visit in 4 months n Mr serdar and team ensure the best during your stay. Spacious and well equipped kitchen / washing machine/ dish washer/ refrigerator and a huge balcony .Perfect location and vicinity a short walk to all modes of public transport and food spots….coming bk soon🙏🌹
