It’s always good and convenient when I book this hotel to stay. Good to see that front office manager remembers her guests. Three years back when I visited, she checked us in on the reception but today meeting her as a manager felt good. Even the bell boy who took me to my room was still working meaning by the hotel management knows how much o keep their employees happy to retain the good staff. Overall stay was good with a nice breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ottoman Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The spa facilities are absolutely lovely and a great way to relax—especially since they open early at 6:30, which is perfect for starting the day refreshed. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop just meters away, making it really easy to get around the city and explore all the main attractions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
