Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was pretty good, staff was very courteous and helpful. The terrible thing was transportation. The hotel was very prompt to collect money at check-in for return trip to the airport. We were ready 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Transportation didnt show up till 40 minutes after. Staff kept on making excuses. We were 1 full hour late to the airport. Really bad experience, not worth the money or last minute worry.

This hotel served us really well for our last day in Turkiye, and we walked from there to Taxhim Square and Dolmabahçe Palace. The best thing about it was the breakfast buffet, which was the most impressive we had during our time in the country.

The property is located in a side street away from the Taksim or Istiklal commotion. It is spotless clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. My housekeeper, Cahide, was wonderful; kind enough to fold all my clothes every day and restock. This is my second year staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it.
