For a family, it is the best, most convenient place. Units are one or more bedrooms with separate living room and kitchen, full appliances and utencils for people who want the comfort of home. Property is built very recerly so still smells brand new!

Liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and was not filled for two days, until we left a note asking for replenishment. AC was a puzzle to operate. There was no written document on how to operate the AC, and during our stay we had to call the reception twice for help. The technician was not able to clearly explain how to operate it.

We stayed at the hotel for around three weeks with our two small children. Overall, we had an okay stay. The rooms were spacious, which was very practical for a longer stay with kids, and the area felt calm and convenient for us. The small playground outside was very nice for our two little ones, but unfortunately the swings were broken, and the park/playground area was not very clean. This was a bit disappointing, especially when traveling with children. The quality of the room service also felt more like a 3-star hotel. Several times, the food that was delivered to our room was cold and did not feel fresh, which affected the overall experience. The hotel has potential, but there are some small details that need improvement. One thing this hotel is really missing is an outdoor pool. If there had been an outdoor pool, we would definitely consider coming back despite the small issues. Overall, we had a decent stay, but for the price and standard, we expected a little more.

Genel olarak otelinizin oda konforu, temizlik anlayışı ve sunduğu hizmetten memnun kaldım. Ancak konuk deneyimini daha da üst seviyeye taşıyacak iki küçük noktayı paylaşmak isterim. Odalarda ikişer yastık bulunmasına rağmen yastıkların yapısı yeterince konforlu değil ve uyku kalitesini olumsuz etkiliyor. Ayrıca nevresimlerin polyester ağırlıklı olması, doğal pamuklu kumaşların sunduğu ferahlık ve rahatlığı maalesef sağlayamıyor. Kaliteli bir otelin en önemli ayrıntılarından biri iyi bir uykudur. Daha konforlu yastıklar ve pamuklu nevresim tercih edilmesi, misafir memnuniyetine önemli katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu geri bildirimi, otelinizi daha da iyi görmek isteyen bir misafir olarak samimiyetle paylaşmak isterim.

Çok memnun kaldık. Gerek personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü, gerekse otelin hijyeni gerçekten takdire şayandı. Her şey son derece düzenli, temiz ve konforluydu. Konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi çok rahat hissettik ve hiçbir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde hiç düşünmeden tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel oldu.
