We had a really good stay. Everything was very clean, and the hotel itself was really beautiful and well maintained. The location was very convenient, only 2–3 km from the airport, which made arrival and departure easy. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants right nearby, which we really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

Excellent property, lovely spa and swimming pool. Gym was very well equipped and better than many 5 stars we have stayed in previously. The entire stay was lovely, very comfortable beds. Only one setback was that unfortunately shower gel was empty and hair conditioner was on its last pump when we checked in, after asking front desk to refill we did not fine it refilled when we returned to our room. We would still return and stay again if we ever have to fly out of SAW.

I didn’t stay for long, just for one night, but overall experience starting from check in and check out with bell boy asking if I want to be taken to the room ( usually they just come and most of the time it annoys me, but here they asked first which is nice), at the check out they were very polite and quick, also called a taxi for me without any hesitation. The room was very clean, beautiful with very big and comfortable bed. Bathroom had all amenities with very nice body lotion, towels felt very soft, tv had various channels in every possible language.
