Disappointed, potential but needs improvement

We arrived to a room that looked like it had been cleaned some time ago, the pillow had a dead bug on it and the floor looked to have dirt on it. We also found a big on one of our towels. The room was small and mattress did not feel good quality. We complained and the staff showed us alternative rooms which also had dirty floors like as if they had not been hoovered. We asked for a room to be cleaned that day. We then got an upgraded room which considering the hotel was not busy it would’ve been nice for them to have done automatically. The staff were helpful when we complained, however it would have been more pleasant if we didn’t have to complain. There’s also a lovely area by the river you can sit but the seat covers had been removed for cleaning hence there was very few pleasant areas to sit. The hotel should have a spare set of covers to apply if they plan to remove all available ones or alternatively clean half so people can still enjoy the seat and clean other half at another time. The breakfast which was included was pleasant and we also got a complementary Turkish coffee on arrival due to our discomfort with the room. The staff also had an issue holding our bags after check out, the were reluctant to take them, which you would imagine as a hotel that could provide this service.

Çatı katı standart odada bulunan klima yerde ve yatağa 20 -25 santim uzaklıkta, klima olduğu gibi yatan kişinin üzerine geliyor, çok rahatsız edici ve sağlıksız. Klimayı kapatınca da çatı katı olduğu için oda çok sıcak oluyor. Çalışan kişiler güleryüzlü ve yardımsever kişiler. Odamızı ücreti karşılığında normal standart odayla değiştirdiler. Her iki odadaki banyoda yer alan duşa kabinler çok küçük ve çok temiz değiller. Kahvaltı oldukça iyi diyebilirim.

Gece 24’e kadar huzur olmayan otel

Personel kibardı. Oda geniş, yatak rahattı. En büyük sorun banyodaki duş alanı ve banyo menfezi idi. Duş gerçekten çok kötüydü. Hemen heryeri bakteri sardığı için kararmış siyahlaşmış silikonlar yüzünden kullanmaya çekindik. Ayrıca çok küçüktü, kapısı zor açılış kapanıyordu. Banyo menfezleri kapanmadığı ve yan oda banyo menfezine 50cm mesafede olduğu için banyolarda ne olup bitiyorsa odalar net şekişde paylaşıyprdu. Tesisin alkolsüz olduğını bilmiyorduk. Nehir kıyısında oturup birer bira içebilmek için başka otellere gittik. Çok yakınındaki bir mekanda iğrenç yğksek sesli tekno-çingen ve oyun havaları müzikleri yapan bir mekan var. Gece 24’e kadar ortalık iğrenç bir müzikle yıkılıyor. Sakinlik ve huzur için doğaya kaçıyorsın ama orada da avamlık ve vasatlık peşini bırakmıyor bu ülkede. Genel olarak iyi bir yer olmasına rağmen, yandaki bu mekan yüzünden ve bir bira dahi içirtmedikleri için burada bir daha asla kalmam maalesef

Mükemmel hizmet, konum ve manzara harika!

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Hizmet kalitesi, yemekler ust duzeyde, aile veya arkadaslarinizla gelerek rahatlikla tatil yapabilirsiniz. Goksu nehri kenarinda olmadi buyuk avantaj. Çati kati odalari da gayet rahat, bilgisayar ile çalismak mumkun. Uzaktan calisanlar icin de, tatil yapmaya gelen icin de ideal bir otel. Kahvaltisi yeterli ve lezzetli, çalisanlar ilgili ve yardimsever. Kafa dinlemek icin, keyifli bir tatil için dogru seçim Mata Butik otel olur. Ben memnun kaldigim için tatilimi uzattim, arkadaslarima da tasviye ettim onlar da kiraladilar.

Pros: Breakfast, friendly staff, wifi works Cons: Rooms are not sound proof so you hear other rooms Furniture and drawers were not working Bathroom wasn't clean Shower didn't work at all so we had to leave without showering They forgot to give us bed sheets so we had to put it on ourselves.

Hafta sonu için çift olarak kaldık, oldukça keyifliydi. Çatı katı odasında kaldık küçük olmasına rağmen konforluydu. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Personel ilgiliydi. Alkol servisi yoktu ama yürüme mesafesinde alkol servisi olan restoranlar mevcut. Öneri olarak sunabileceğim birkaç şey olursa belki su ısıtıcı ile servis edilen içecekler kısmında çeşit artırılabilir, terlik ve saç havlusu da verilebilir.
