This hotel is very well located, less than a 10-minute walk from Plaza Sultanahmet and just 2 minutes from a wide variety of restaurants. The breakfast was extensive, offering plenty of options to start the day. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, a great choice for its location and comfort.

Our short stay at Marmara Guesthouse was superb, and makes us want to return for longer next time! Fabulous staff who could not be more patient, gracious and helpful; one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've had in 5 decades of international travel; and the perfect location for seeing the central sights of Istanbul while also feeling slightly off the beaten track. Our room had a lovely sea view, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. Mostly, the staff were just wonderful and welcoming. Marmara Guesthouse is highly recommended. Tessekur ederim!

Very nice people . Great rooftop eating area . They need to make more scrambled eggs though. Not enough for everyone and they need meat for breakfast as well. It’s too much pastry. Aside from that this was a great place to stay and very convenient to all the sites .
