Das Personal war sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit, das Hotel war sehr sauber auch das Badezimmer. Küchenkraft hat zum offenen Büfe uns auch am Tisch bedient (Tee nachschütten, kindern ekstra Wünsche erfüllt) Besteck war immer sauber Tische wurden sofort gesäubert nach dem Essen. Es wurde nich ständig versucht irgenwelche Touren zu verkaufen sonder im gegenteil hat man uns günstige Taxen besorgt bzw. Immer auf kostengünstige Sachen hingewiesen. Improvement of the breakfast table.

It was my second visit within a week. The room was hot as a sauna, full power on the radiator and the windows open. What a waste of energy. No handle to regulate the heat. The toilet seat had not yet been attached since my last visit. No light at the desk yet. The shower head was still whitewashed. No shower thermostat for the bath water, huge waste of water which costs resources and money. The owner has been notified of this. The breakfast table was improved from a single finished plate to an open buffet with several choices. Great improvement. The staff are mostly young, fresh and helpful. To the owner, what can I say? Take environmental considerations into account and save your money and be nice to your staff.

Отдыхали в Стамбуле с семьей. Рады что выбрали именно этот отель. Очень удачное место, все рядом, завтраки включены. Завтраки всегда были очень вкусными. Повар Диляра хорошо владеет русским языком, очень приветливая и заботливая, все объясняет. Уборка в номере каждый день, чисто, уютно. Отличные администраторы, особенно Чалар, решат любые вопросы. Однозначно вернем снова.
