You get what you pay for . It is old and shopped up they advertise the newer portion but has an older building part of the hotel. Feels like a prison. If money is tight I understand. But it was not for us !

We were brought to a "new" hotel building that just opened 3 days ago and I can smell the odor of construction materials, which was unpleasant. The elevator was not ready to be used and there was always noises came from fixing. The room and the building feels very unfinised to be hosting guests, the room was very humid and the shower room leaks water to the washroom floor. But the hotel staff was all very kind, they always asks if I need anything and helped us carrying the luggage to the room.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mays Otel. The internet was terrible throughout my stay, and during my last two days there was no internet at all. This became a huge problem because the reception is located in a completely different building, and there is no phone in the room. The hotel only provided a WhatsApp number for communication, which was useless without internet access. On my last day, water started leaking from the ceiling on the first floor, which made the situation even worse. Every time I needed assistance, I had to walk to another building just to speak with reception. Overall, the lack of basic communication, poor internet service, and maintenance issues made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Kat hizmetlerinde çalışan Tülin hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz güler yüzlü ve işinde iyi bir hanımefendi. Sadece kahvaltı bölümü biraz zayıftı özellikle büfedeki haşlanmış yumurta hiç iç açıcı değildi biraz daha özen gösterilirse güzel olur . Fakat genel anlamda konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık . Herşey için teşekkürler
